Day 1 On the territory of Bulgaria are situated more than 130 monasteries and around the capital of the II Bulgarian Kingdom they are 24 in number. During your journey, you will visit first the monastery "Peter and Paul" and the monasteries around Arbanassi - an architectural complex from the 17th century. There you will have time for lunch and in the afternoon you will visit the fortress of the Bulgarian Tsars in Veliko Tarnovo. Overnight in Tryavna - the famous cultural center of the Revival period.
Day 2 After breakfast, you’ll take a walk through the picturesque streets of the quiet little town and visit the museum of woodcarving. Nearby is the Dryanovo monastery, which is connected with the heroic history of Bulgaria. On the way to the coast, you will visit the Kilifarevo monastery, where the medieval university was founded. A wine tasting you’ll make in the wine cellar Osmar, which became famous for a wine produced by a special technology.
