Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of the trip:
You can always cancel the trip prior to departure.
In your own interest, and to avoid misunderstandings, we encourage you to declare the cancellation in writing. Please, send in this case the cancellation (by e-mail or fax) to our address.

The trip - cancellation expenses:
Up to 45 days prior to departure 20% of the trip price (but at least 50, - €)
from 44 to 15 days prior to departure 30% of the trip price
from 14 to 7 days prior to departure 50% of the trip price
from 6 to 1 day prior to departure 90% of the trip price
on the day of travel or no show 100% of the trip price
Flight ticket costs are not refundable.
